    This topic generates a lot of questions. If you have many of the basics already, then the work to fill in the gaps is included in the service. But if you are starting from scratch, don’t know why buyers buy, the ideal customer profile is unclear, and you lack basic sales aids, then we can help before starting the service. We charge $125 per hour to close the seams.

    In this first stage, we work together to complete a rapid assessment and develop SMART goals for the project; we use a structured process to assess status, identify gaps, set goals, build the plan, and align roles. The deliverable is a set of strategic recommendations and practical actions that will become part of the service built just for you.
  • What clients and industries have you worked with?
    Our teams have experience selling client solutions into manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and professional services. Most of our clients are in the technology industry, particularly SaaS and Internet of Things (ioT).
  • Do your SDR's work off commission only?
    No. We do believe incentive compensation helps drive alignment with your team and we charge a monthly fee for the service. While we will never be the least expensive option in the market, we strive to deliver the best return on investment.
  • How quickly can you hire someone and/or build a sales team?
    This is about more than just hiring. Typically we can install a high performance inside sales team in less than 45 days.
  • Why do the Sales Aids packages say “starts at?”
    While we wish otherwise, we need to account for the fact that the requirements vary by client. For example, is the messaging complete or in a state of development? What is the final list of sales aids? Is the content copy finished or does it not exist? Perhaps somewhere in the middle? Does a design strategy exist already or not? You get the idea.
  • Do I really get all these benefits of Channel Partner Service for this price?
    The answer is yes with an “it depends” caveat. We start with the goals you want to achieve and by when, then work backwards. As a result, the actual price is likely to vary based on how much capability and resource you need.
